The 90% that runs itself
Your compliance team stops retyping registers and starts fixing what the checks find.
01
Attendance from the punch machine
Import the daily punch log: late, worked hours, overtime, absences, holidays and the weekly holiday marked for every worker.
02
Overtime limits
Every day over 10 hours, every week over 60 and every 7-day stretch without rest raises an alert the next morning.
03
Minimum wage and age checks
Anyone below the grade minimum or under 18 is flagged the moment they are entered, and cannot slip into an audit.
04
Payroll on payroll day
Wages drafted from attendance: the legal wage split, overtime at 2x basic / 208, attendance bonus, absence, advances and stamp.
05
Wage dates
The 7th working day deadline is worked out for every run, and you are warned before it passes, not after.
06
Payslips and payment files
Bangla payslips, wage sheets and bKash, Nagad or bank files; every worker gets an SMS when paid.
07
Leave and maternity
Balances kept for every worker; maternity leave dates and the benefit worked out from the expected date.
08
Increments and probation
Annual increments proposed on time, probation ends flagged a week ahead.
09
Final settlements
Notice, service benefit, earned leave and unpaid wages calculated, with the 30 working day deadline tracked.
10
Grievances
Routed by type (harassment to the anti-harassment committee), deadlines set, replies sent by SMS, anonymous ones tracked by code.
11
Committees, drills, equipment
Meetings, fire drills and extinguisher checks come due on schedule, and overdue ones raise alerts.
12
Licences and audits

13
Evidence packs
A buyer-ready pack for any date range in a minute, shared by an expiring link.

What stays with people, by design: approving wages and settlements, hearing grievances and disciplinary cases, and deciding the corrective action. See every feature
Modules
The worker side of the factory, not the production line.
Production software counts pieces. Ovelit Comply looks after the people who make them, and the records that prove it.
Worker files
Personal details, age proof checked against 18, appointment letter, ID card, service book, nominee and medical certificate. File completeness for every worker.
Time and overtime
Punch imports, shifts, holidays, overtime approvals with worker consent, daily and weekly limits, weekly holiday check.
Wages
Four garment grades, the legal wage split, overtime, attendance and festival bonus, advances, provident fund, payment dates.
Leave and maternity
Casual, sick, earned and festival leave, 120-day maternity with the benefit in two instalments.
Separations
Resignation, termination, discharge, dismissal, retirement and death, each with its notice and service benefit rule.
Worker voice
Complaints from the app, the anonymous QR page, the suggestion box or the helpline, with deadlines and replies.

Participation, safety and anti-harassment committees, members, meetings and minutes on schedule.
Safety log
Fire drills with evacuation time, inspections with checklists, equipment checks, accidents and injuries.
Audits and actions
Buyer audits, findings, corrective actions with owners and evidence, licences and certificates.
Evidence packs
Everything an auditor asks for, by date range and unit, printable or shared by link.
Worker app
Payslips, attendance, leave, notices and complaints, in Bangla, on any Android phone.
Training
Fire safety, harassment, rights and grievance training with attendance and coverage per worker.
One honest set of records
No second register. Nothing to keep straight before an audit.
Two sets of books for hours and pay are the oldest audit failure in the industry, and the most expensive when found. Ovelit Comply keeps one record per worker per day, straight from the punch machine, with every manual change logged. When overtime runs past the limit, the alert arrives the next morning, so the fix is in the roster, not in the paperwork.
- Every edit to attendance, wages or a worker file is logged with who and when.
- Overtime needs approval and worker consent before it is worked, if you switch that on.
- Payslips are numbered and cannot be changed after approval.
- Workers see their own attendance and payslips in the app, so the record is checked by the person it is about.

Questions
Asked by compliance managers
Does it replace our punch machines?
No. Keep the machines you have. Export the punch log as a CSV (card number and time) and import it, or upload it every morning. Ovelit Comply works out late arrivals, worked hours, overtime and absences, and checks every day and week against the limits.
Can it show auditors a cleaner version of the records?
No, and that is the point. There is one set of records: what the punch machine says is what payroll uses and what the auditor sees. When hours run over the limit, you get an alert the next morning, while there is still time to fix the roster, not a second register to hide it.
Which labour rules does it follow?
The defaults follow the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and Labour Rules 2015 as amended, and the garment minimum wage effective 1 December 2023: overtime at twice basic / 208, 8 hours a day and 10 with overtime, 60 a week, one weekly holiday, wages by the 7th working day and final dues within 30 working days. Every figure is a setting, because some rules changed in 2026 and a new wage board is being formed.
How do workers use it?
Each worker gets a light web app in Bangla on any Android phone, with no install: payslips, attendance, leave balance and requests, notices to acknowledge, and a way to raise a complaint, by name or anonymously. Each unit also gets a QR poster that opens an anonymous complaint page with no sign-in at all.
What does a buyer get to see?
Only what you choose. Build an evidence pack for a date range: licences, workforce and age verification, worker file completeness, hours and overtime, wages and payment dates, leave, grievances, committees, drills, accidents, training and corrective actions. Share it with a link that expires on the date you set.
We have several units. Is that one account?
Yes. Units, departments, sections and lines sit under one company, with a readiness score per unit and users limited to the units they look after.
Try it on a real-looking factory.
The demo factory has two units, a full workforce, months of attendance and wages, grievances, committees, drills, a buyer audit with corrective actions and an evidence pack. Sign in as any role, or open the worker app as a worker.
